They did an awesome job! Daniel and his contractors were great and always answered my questions and got back with me quickly. They got us back in our home within the time they quoted. The office staff always answered my questions and were also very responsive.

We had a flood in several rooms in our home. Right afterwards we called serve Pro. They were very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. Duane did our initial inspection and he explained all details even about the insurance claim. Austin and all of the other technicians that came out to install the equipment were also professional and they did such a wonderful job I'm so glad that we contacted them. I highly recommend this company!

Our business was partially flooded in October 2024 and Servepro of South Arlington/North Arlington/Grand Prairie saved the day! As depressing as it all was, we are "looking forward" to our next flood just so we can experience their awesome service again. We experienced a house fire in mid July of this year which took a major portion of the attic and a big portion of our garage. It's been quite an experience that I wish nobody ever has to deal with. DeWayne came out a day or 2 after the fire and walked us through the entire process moving forward in cleaning and beginning with the restoration process. He was very descriptive and helpful and so were the rest of the Servepro associates that were assisting along the process. DeWayne was very responsive with any questions we had regarding the details of the process, and with any assistance he could provide throughout this restoration. I would recommend reaching out to South Arlington Servepro as they will definitely walk you through the process and next steps including other work that does not entail their scope of work. It can be a very overwhelming process during a house fire and the restoration, so having someone willing to walk you through the process is very helpful during this unfortunate event.
