Dave Jones brings more than two decades of hands-on leadership in restoration and reconstruction, operating and partnering in multiple SERVPRO franchises across the region. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale restoration, reconstruction, and disaster recovery efforts; building teams focused on operational discipline, rapid response, and consistent execution. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), along with Lead-Based Paint certification. His technical background and field experience support teams handling complex residential and commercial losses. Under Dave’s leadership, each independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchise emphasizes accountability, technical excellence, and steady, scalable growth while maintaining high standards during property damage emergencies.

Bryan Zander
Bryan Zander is the Managing Partner of SERVPRO’s Central Texas franchise group, including Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, The Domain, and Downtown Austin. A graduate of the University of Louisiana–Monroe with studies in Business and Physics, Bryan brings more than 25 years of experience in the restoration and insurance industries. Throughout his career, Bryan has served as a Property & Casualty Adjuster, Project Manager, Sales & Marketing Director, General Manager, and Executive Manager before becoming Managing Partner. His background gives him a comprehensive understanding of residential losses, complex commercial projects, large-scale disaster response, and multi-tenant restoration operations. Bryan has led recovery efforts for some of the region’s most significant events and projects, including the IRS/Echelon Building airplane crash recovery in Austin, the West, TX fertilizer plant explosion, Hurricane Harvey, Winter Storm Uri, and large-scale commercial restorations such as Sabey Data Centers. He holds IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, is a State of Texas Mold Remediation Contractor (MRC 0259), and is an EPA Lead Renovator. Under Bryan’s leadership, the team focuses on rapid response, operational precision, and delivering stability when properties and businesses need it most.

Mace Ward
Mace Ward is the Chief Operating Officer. He earned his BBA in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University and is currently in his eighth year with the company. Mace is deeply committed to serving customers and takes pride in showing up every day for both his team and the people they help. Raised in Oklahoma, Mace and his family remain closely connected to Rogers County, where they continue to operate their family farm. Outside of work, he organizes the annual Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament, a cause that’s important to him and his family.

Kyle Alexander serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Construction for SERVPRO Team Jones. In his role as CAO, he oversees Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and Administrative Operations across the organization. As Vice President of Construction, he leads Construction Services with a focus on execution excellence, financial discipline, and scalable operational systems. Kyle brings more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, including 20 years dedicated specifically to insurance restoration. He has been with SERVPRO for 13 years and has played a key leadership role in the organization’s expansion and operational development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Chapman University (2002). Kyle has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction and remodel projects and is committed to ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.

Gerald Thomas serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO Team Jones. A graduate of Alcorn State University and a retired US Army Officer, Gerald spent 10 years in the US Army Corps of Engineers managing large-scale construction and reconstruction projects in demanding environments. With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership and marketing strategy, Gerald brings a disciplined, performance-driven approach to business development. He leads the growth and development of the sales team across the Team Jones franchise group, focusing on strategic partnerships, market expansion, and consistent brand execution. Gerald is actively engaged in the communities and industries the team serves and is involved with AFT-ID and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Armando Mendoza
Armando Mendoza serves as Director of Commercial Large Loss for SERVPRO Team Jones and brings 24 years of experience in fire, water, mold, and HVAC restoration across residential and large-scale commercial projects. Throughout his career, he has led response efforts for complex storm events and major losses, previously serving as Large Loss Coordinator, Operations Manager of a 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of a $10M+ annual operation. Armando has managed high-profile projects including hurricane recovery for large industrial facilities, fire and explosion cleanups, major hospital and data center losses, and large-scale commercial flood remediation across multiple states. He holds multiple industry certifications, including IICRC Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Odor and Smoke Removal, Texas Mold Contractor licensing, NADCA HVAC Cleaning certification, OSHA 30, and Texas HVAC A License. Armando is known for disciplined project management, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer service on every job.

Shane Green
Shane Green is a graduate of University of Maryland and is the Commercial Large Loss Regional Director for SERVPRO Team Jones. Shane has 25 years of field experience mitigating fire, water & mold losses in the industrial, commercial, and residential fields. Shane has gained very valuable experience while performing the duties of Mitigation Project Manager, Emergency Response Manager and Large Loss Regional Director. He was an integral member of more than a dozen Hurricane Response Teams. Additionally, he was heavily involved in the recovery effort at the West, TX fertilizer plant explosion, Internal Revenue Service building aircraft disaster in Austin, TX, the Rosewood, CA Rosewood Mall catastrophe, Marshall Wildfires and many disastrous river flood and tornado events. In addition to vast field experience, Shane has also earned his IICRC Triple Master Certification with the following certifications: MWR, MSR, MTC, WRT, ASD, AMRT, JWR, JSR, JTC, FSRT, CCT, UFT, RRT, OCT, CRT. Before discovering the field of Property Restoration, Shane was a highly decorated member of the U. S. Navy where he honorably served as a Master-at-Arm.

Throughout his career, Tim has overseen more than $40 million in complex restoration projects across Texas and the Gulf Coast region. His experience includes large-scale industrial hurricane recovery, high-rise fire remediation, major commercial flood losses, hotel and multi-property storm stabilization, and large residential freeze events. Tim combines corporate-level program management with hands-on field execution, giving him a balanced perspective on revenue development, operational oversight, and disciplined project control. He specializes in complex, time-sensitive fire, water, and catastrophic storm events, leading projects from initial response through final completion with precision and accountability.

Keith Cowan brings more than a decade of experience in the restoration industry, serving clients since 2014 with a focus on rapid response and dependable service. Keith holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, along with OSHA 10 Construction Safety certification. In addition to his field expertise, he serves as a multi-state continuing education instructor for insurance agents and adjusters. He is actively involved in the local business community as a Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a member of the Austin Association of Facility & Maintenance Engineers, building strong partnerships throughout the region.

Nick Gerhardt has been in the construction and restoration industry since 2012. He is currently an Estimator at SERVPRO Team Jones. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive knowledge in asbestos and lead abatement, contents restoration, construction, fire and water damage mitigation, and mold remediation. Nick holds multiple IICRC certifications including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). He is also certified in 8-Hour OSHA Class II Asbestos Training for Floor Tile & Mastic Removal and has completed OSHA 30 training. Additionally, Nick has earned Subrogation I and Subrogation II certifications, bringing valuable insurance claim expertise to the team.
