Had an unexpected water leak from my bathroom that ended up damaging my bedroom floor. I've done business with these guys before so I was sure I would get great service. I was more than pleased. I've called on SERVPRO before when I had a small water damage at my house, and they responded so quickly and did a good job that I thought I'd try them again. This time I needed help cleaning my linens. They are too big for my washing machine and I couldn't get them cleaned correctly. After I found out they also sanitize pet beds, I decided to give that a try. They picked up and dropped off everything at my house and were very nice and professional. When I asked how they were going to clean my items, they gave me a full explanation and showed me a video on the spot. A few days later, everything came back smelling great and feeling light and fresh. My pet beds are also x-large and it wasn't a problem for them. They got rid of their stains and now they look cleaner than when I got them from the store. My house smells great now with the fragrance they used (which is optional and free, but it smells so good it's worth getting). They even gave my dogs a box of treats! I'll call on this SERVPRO office for anything else I need in the future. I recommend them highly.
