SERVPRO recently cleaned all of my pets' blankets using their new Esporta washing system. They were able to disinfect them, get rid of the smell, and still keep them looking brand new. The blankets were too big for my washer and dryer, but their system was able to handle the entire load without a problem. I got everything back within two days. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I'll keep using you guys from now on. Thanks!

I was recently helped through a difficult move by one of your teams.  The team of Jeremy, Jordan, Christian, and Harley showed up right on time at the beginning of our scheduled start window and we immediately got to work.  The professionalism and attitude of your team you sent over is single handedly responsible for turning what has been a very trying month into an outstanding day.

Throughout the entire day, your team was a perfect balance of a joking, fun atmosphere alongside a true care and respect for my stuff.  At no point in time did I feel (as you do with so many moving companies) like these guys were in a rush to get my stuff in and out so they could leave.  Instead, the guys truly treated each item as if it were their own.  Jordan and Christian did much of the heavy lifting out of the unit and went slowly and carefully with every single item.  Harley and Jeremy were with me in the garage vacuuming and spraying and again: every single item was carefully inspected on all sides including top and bottom.

The result of this effort by your team was that from shortly after they arrived until the time they left, I was in high spirits and motivated to work hard alongside them.  You have 4 truly outstanding employees on your hands here, and I hope they understand how much their effort meant to me.

We were affected by the recent flood in Ellis County and we immediately called. They answered promptly and the owner, Micheal, personally came out the same day with a humidifier and fans. Then technicians then came out every day over the next 5 days to see if the drying process was on schedule. They explained the process in detail, assessed the damage in the house, and operated very quickly with the equipment. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally, which helped ease the stress of having had the house flooded. Very appreciative of this company and everything they did for us.

Once we realized we had (extensive) water damage, we called a different company for help. We did not yet know about SERVPRO. They left us hanging so ... desperate, we found SERVPRO and they came IMMEDIATELY and have been fantastic. They walked and talked us through everything, explained the process and what to expect, have been professional, courteous and conscience of our belongings. While we're upset about what has happened to our house - we couldn't be happier with Brian and Alex from SERVPRO. Highly recommended.

Had an unexpected water leak from my bathroom that ended up damaging my bedroom floor. I've done business with these guys before so I was sure I would get great service. I was more than pleased. They provided a special formula to kill any mold or bacteria since I have carpet in my bedroom and it worked great. Their equipment to clean up the water damage was perfect for the job. Thanks for the reliability and hard work as always!

Top notch service...had a bathroom leak upstairs which trickle down to our closet...the service was fast and very professional ...our clothes were sanitized and itemized...you cannot find a better service out there.

I've called on SERVPRO before when I had a small water damage at my house, and they responded so quickly and did a good job that I thought I'd try them again. This time I needed help cleaning my linens. They are too big for my washing machine and I couldn't get them cleaned correctly. After I found out they also sanitize pet beds, I decided to give that a try. They picked up and dropped off everything at my house and were very nice and professional. When I asked how they were going to clean my items, they gave me a full explanation and showed me a video on the spot. A few days later, everything came back smelling great and feeling light and fresh. My pet beds are also x-large and it wasn't a problem for them. They got rid of their stains and now they look cleaner than when I got them from the store. My house smells great now with the fragrance they used (which is optional and free, but it smells so good it's worth getting). They even gave my dogs a box of treats! I'll call on this SERVPRO office for anything else I need in the future. I recommend them highly.

The Weavers are amazing to volunteer their time and talents to come to speak to our students on College and Career Day.  They are passionate advocates for SERVPRO and their integrity is evident.  I would trust them with any clean up that I may need in the future.
