I don’t live in Memphis and know barely anyone in this area, but am here indefinitely to help care for my father in his last days. The basement in dad’s old house flooded with 6 feet of sewer water. Once that was gone, there was a lot left to clean out. Allen and his team did an absolutely amazing job in removing all the ruined junk. They’re friendly, professional, extremely competent, and Allen made sure to get the job done in one day so we could continue to provide dad with home health care. It’s been a challenging time for my family, but Allen and his team took a huge burden off our shoulders.

I just met with Serve Pro to evaluate and give me a ballpark price for drying out after a water heater busted in the attic. They checked everything out and told me that everything looked o k and that they didn't really need to do anything. I couldn't believe there are still companies that will tell you the truth about the situation but they did.
