I was recently at a restaurant in Florence Western sizzerling . I noticed a guy sitting there with his family and he noticed a water leak that was coming out of the kitchen area onto the floor. Servpro of Orangeburg was very professional in that they “phoned “ me prior to their arrival of the 3 workers who were coming into my home . With recent break-ins in the neighborhood, that was extremely important! The gentleman were very courteous and were very careful to not break any fragile pieces. I liked that they asked if I wanted them to place the paper in the high traffic areas until the floor dry. They were also mindful to keep my door closed, so as not to let a lot of bugs in while they were doing the work. The price was surprisingly affordable for four rooms plus a landing. Additionally, the work was fast. I Appreciate that level of excellence and professionalism. I would definitely use them again.
