Amazing company! Our family was on vacation when our fridge decided to leak. It flooded multiple rooms and the basement. SERVPRO was so helpful. Thank you SERVPRO for the great job of basement clean up and asbestos removal. The Business Owner, Joe an Asbestos Tech and another Tech were all very professional and knowledgeable regarding containment, biohazard removal and disposal. Thank you to Levonzia for coordinating the proposal and getting the team to the house. The home can now be sold safely and is asbestos free.
SERVPRO did an outstanding job restoring our basement after a rain flooding in Sept.2020. From Shruti, who was a professional and calming estimator when she came to assess the damage to Ben Ritter, the building specialist. Ben returned every call promptly and guided us through the whole process despite all the added precautions because of Covid. Alex, the restoration tech, went above and beyond to find all the paneling/trim needed to match the original. His expertise with installing the new basement window despite all the irregularities was incredible. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend SERVPRO. Our basement is even better--- waterproofed and safe-- thank you !!
