Aaron, Alejandro and their crew were so kind and patient during this stressful situation. They answered all of my questions and completed the cleanup/removal with care.

Chase and Brian were very professional and informative as to what they were doing. They were also very courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and they took care of things in a timely and efficient manner. My experience dealing with them has been positive.

Our drain line was drilled through by a contractor that was hired by our city to run fiber optic line causing our toilets, sinks and showers to back up, overflow and saturate our walls and carpet. We knew the timing to start the cleaning/repair process was of the utmost importance to prevent moisture from spreading and mold from growing, so we began calling around. Servpro went above and beyond making us a priority and sent out a team, that if I tried to describe as incredible, it would STILL be an understatement. Patrick, Alejandro and Chase showed up on a last minute call, Fridays Night of labor day weekend with smiles in their faces and a professionalism that I can comfortably describe as second to none; we have a high-strung four-year-old little girl and an even more high-strung one year old Akita that these men not only greeted with kindness, but showed an incredible amount of patience for. They moved through and around our home with a tremendous amount of respect for our things which speaks volumes considering the amount of drywall and carpet they had to tear out; they moved our furniture without putting a single scratch on it and even went above and beyond to salvage a closet shelf that I had told them was built by a previous owner who had recently passed away. My wife, our little girl, our Akita and I were able to comfortably watch a movie in another room undisturbed while they worked, and, in what seemed like no time at all, they had fans set up, walking us through what they had done, the next steps ahead and making sure we were comfortable. Where we started this day with a large amount of disappointment, uncertainty and frustration from unforseen unfortunate events, we were able to end with complete satisfaction and optimism. These boys really set the bar in service.

I work for a Chevrolet Dealership in western Oklahoma. We had a water line break in a bathroom over a weekend and it flooded most of our offices. We contacted Servpro and they came out immediately. John, the project manager, did a walk through and let us know what needed to be done and what to expect. His team came in and went straight to work. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. They maintained a safe working environment for our staff. John even came back when our insurance adjuster came 48 hours later and did a walk through with the adjuster. They are providing an estimate and handle the negotiation of damages and repair costs. The owner, Michael came by to follow up and make sure everything that could be done was done and to see if there was anything else we might need. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. Servpro will be the first call we make if we are ever in this situation again!
