The team members were all very courteous and effective at completing the work, and the project manager was very organized and helpful throughout the entire process. She scheduled the work efficiently and took care of communication with the insurance adjuster directly. The flooding was a terrible occurrence, but I'm thankful that ServPro handled the job so well.
