Second to none!! When you are dealing with a traumatic event, the last thing you need to deal with is a company who complicates your life the solution to your unfortunate incident. Jamie Raskin, and his on site project manager, Fanor, were just incredible to deal with. They made the remediation process as smooth and efficient as possible, and exceeded expectations. They were working on-site within an hour of the incident to evaluate and coordinate the remediation crew, who arrived on-site within two hours and worked non-stop until 11PM on a Sunday evening. They were incredibly considerate of the individuals emotions, and stress associated with handling this type of issue. I would highly recommend this extraordinary ServPro crew and Mgt to anyone in need of such services.
