Wendy was very thorough and answered all questions we had. She responded quickly if we had to ask her something after she left. Casey and Jacob are excellent at what they do. Always so nice and informed me at all times what was going on. They work very hard. I definitely would recommend Servpro for the services I’ve had done to date.

Marc Kelly was awesome. He helped out in taking our sink cabinet out after a leak left it destroyed. He's friendly, helpful, and takes pride in his work. Wendy, our project manager, is also incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything has happened in a very reasonable timeframe too. They don't take their time getting out to you and I'm 45 minutes from them. So far, we've had a great experience with SERVPRO.

I called Servpro to clean up our basement after a sewage backup Elijah and Mike did an amazing job. The were kind and professional. Elijah even cleaned the outside of my washer and dryer. I highly recommend this company.

Elijah and Trenton did an excellent job cleaning out our mud pits at Wash-O-Rama in West Peoria! They are grade A technicians and I couldn’t of asked for better assistance on this job!
