We had a flood in our basement and as you can imagine, was very overwhelming and I didn't even know where to get started for this type of project. I called Servpro of Naperville and within 1 day, they had sent out Claudia who took time to help explain EVERYTHING in great detail, what to expect, how to proceed, what work is needed, etc. I cannot say enough kind words about Claudia and how professional and kind she was. She put me at ease and made me feel super supported and was there to partner in the next steps (especially when it came to insurance and quotes for the project). Our sump pump stopped working and flooded our entire basement. Called Servpro and they responded quickly to clean up the water damage.
