SERVPRO recently cleaned the carpets at the offices of CE Daddy and Koonce Insurance/Dimond Bros. in Marion, IL. There were several spots that were "set in". As well as, the smell from carpets getting wet due to the heavy rains. All the set in spots came out!! They were able to get the water out of the carpets and eliminate the odor. We are so please with the results!! The gentlemen SERVPRO sent to our office were very professional and cleared up all of our concerns regarding the wet carpet. A very quick response time and considerate employees as we dealt with this mess. A very professional service team. Appeared using good quality equipment to make everything cleaned up and dried up to their best of their ability in a timely manor.
