I can’t say enough good things about Ben, the owner of SERVPRO. Ben recently came to my house to take a look at a mold issue I was dealing with, and his service was absolutely impeccable. More importantly, he earned my trust by being completely honest with me. He could have easily turned this into a job and made money from me, but instead, he told me that the issue was something I could handle myself and that there was no reason for me to pay him to take care of it. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. He immediately calmed my nerves, was professional and knowledgeable, and showed up right on time. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
