ServPro of Iowa City/Coralville was compassionate, prompt, and thorough in responding to the water damage caused by a frozen pipe that burst on a Sunday. Jacob Morrill was a true professional and immediately helped us begin the mitigation process. We’re also especially grateful to Dylan Blair for his dedication and hard work in ensuring everything was completely dried out and that our home was restored as quickly as possible.
Jacob and Dylan both came out to the business I was at right away, in the middle of the night. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up the excesswater we had promptly.
Absolutely fabulous experience. Zach showed up within an hour of my emergency call placed. In the midst of my water damage, Zach and Jacob were great guys to work with. They showed up the following 4 days to monitor progress. By the 5th day they were able to remove all fans and humidifiers. They were so kind and funny, and provided some much needed comedic relief during my stress and panic. I would absolutely use them again!
Highly recommend ServPro — had a giant leak from an upstairs radiator go unnoticed for an hour. Completely soaked through the hard wood floor and into my lath and plaster ceiling on the floor below. Now bueno. Called ServPro that evening around 4:30pm — had a team at my house by 5:30pm THAT EVENING. Absolutely insane. Roger and Jacob were fantastic. Assessed everything quickly, brought out the big fans to get things drying, and commiserated with me enough to make me laugh and relax a bit. 11/10 would highly recommend!

We called Serve Pro after being given their name by our insurance agent after experiencing a water issue. Serve Pro sent their employee Zach Andersen and he was amazing! He arrived quickly, within 30 minutes of our call. He calmly went to work, worked tirelessly to solve our issue, brought in other staff as needed, had high standards for cleanup and was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, pleasant and communicated clearly with us. We were so lucky to have gotten Zach’s help. I highly recommend Zach and his team at Serve Pro.
