Servpro of Venice did a phenomenal job in diagnosing the problem, treating the problem and restoring the condo. into pristine condition. The team of Mark Paul and Kim are professionals. The time frame for the cleaning and restoration was exactly what was promised. I highly recommend their company. These folks have that old time work ethic that a lot of people that are seniors and above honor. If you have an issue and you need help you need to call Servpro.

Servpro's Marco and Paul are true professionals. They dried my flooded bath and bedroom. Removed the damaged vanity and drywall with no additional damage and cleaned up the area before they left. I recommend Servpro for any restoraion and recovery needs.

Fabulous experience. i called @ 7:00 AM on a Friday; a crew was here within 30 minutes. A faulty toilet resulted in water EVERYWHERE (including water leaking from inside the house to the outside). Terrific customer service, helpful techs, and they came back each day to check on progress. At one point, we had five dehumidifiers and 15 fans going. Thank you to Paul, Kim (and Devon, who must have drawn the short straw since he came back each morning). Highly recommend ServePro of Venice.

My wife --- diagnosed Alzheimer's --- from bathroom flooded two bedrooms, two closets, linen closet, shared hallway, and into the living room. Servpro of venice came quickly with a team and a dozen pieces of equipment. Within 2 days, everything was dryed out and ok. I was really impressed. The cost was less than I thought it would be.
