I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of each of the teams at Servpro. Each team member knew what was to be done and instantly started the work. As each part of the work was completed, the area was cleaned to perfection. I was constantly updated on the progress of the work and the next steps. I was always called before the team arrived and scheduled in advance. There are no long gaps in the work with Servpro. The emergency team was at our house within 40 minutes of our call. Three trucks worth of workers/equipment unloaded, assessed our situation and went to work. They did not stop until they were starting the dry out after clearing our flooded house.
