Dear Mr. Coken, I seldom have occasion to write a letter such as this, but when I do, it's a pleasure. Your representative Bill T. came to my condo in Bal Harbour on August 7, had an estimate done on August 8 and upon receipt of lab results began work on August 21. Bill has kept me advised of their progress on a regular basis. The work was completed on Sept. 7 and the lab results today indicate that this project has been completed by SERVPRO. We had some serious flooding at our home a few months ago when the water heater broke. I had used a different SERVPRO in the past when I lived in a different part of FL so decided to go with this local one. They did a great job overall, easy to communicate and schedule with with is a big plus. Hopefully no more flooding in my near future but if anything does happen will definitely use again.
