What we thought was going to be a huge amount of damage ended up being a lot less because of how quickly and efficiently they were able to come to the house and get their equipment in place to deal with all the water. I experienced water damage due to a defective HVAC unit, it collapsed my master bedroom ceiling and destroyed a custom wood floor. My project manager was Peter P, he kept everything on schedule and to my complete satisfaction.....on time! SERVPRO was so good, I gave them another 3 projects on the property that were completed to my complete satisfaction.
