Tyler and Dan did a very thorough job of assessing the damage done to our property by a neighbor’s plumbing. They gave daily updates and answered questions promptly. Sergio and Javier visited over the weekend to monitor progress. They let us know when to expect them and when to were done each day.

We had an emergency water leak caused by a clog in the common drain line. From the very start Mike and his team have been exceptional in providing us with guidance, advice,and a clear plan of action. They have been incredibly helpful and professional in responding to the challenges we are dealing with. They were able to alleviate our concerns making it much easier to handle our situation. Rather than a 5 star rating they are deserving of a 10 star rating!!!We are forever grateful and highly recommend Mike and his team for whatever situation you may encounter.

I wish to commend the largo restoration team on their excellent work! This team led by Mike was extremely efficient and treated our possessions as tho they were their own. Each piece of furniture along w other personal items were carefully wrapped logged and stored with care throughout. The crew responded immediately after the flood and then visited regularly to ensure no trace of moisture was left behind. Mike also generously made himself available while interfacing w our insurance agency in order to resolve the entire event to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly - yet simultaneously hope that I’m never in a position to need water mitigation again! Kudos then - and thank you very much indeed.
