Servpro of Norwalk did an excellent job. With a new puppy in the house, I had two carpets I assumed were beyond saving. Serge and his team came out, took the time to actually assess them instead of just pushing for replacement, and reassured me they could be restored. The results exceeded my expectations — both carpets look better than ever. Professional, honest, and skilled work. Highly recommend!!!!
