Servpro did an amazing job to restore our home after a slab leak damaged our lower kitchen cabinets and dining room floor and walls. Mike Saenz over saw the projects, he was considerate and kind as well as responsive to our questions and needs. Diocelina was absolutely amazing. She did the insulation, drywall, beadboard, chair rail, painting and reinstalled the closet door. She is a hard worker and very kind, gracious and respectful to us and of our home. She was a joy and delight to have in our home. My wife, Ruth, loves her. Before and after the reconstruction the demo and pack back crews were also amazing. The demo and mitigation was led by Jesse and the team included Norma, Rafael, Uli and Johnathon. They were also kind and respectful to us and our home. They were able to pack up the kitchen, dining room, china cabinet and dining room closet quickly. After the reconstruction Jesse, Rafael, Norma and Uli were able to put all the furniture and items from the closet and china cabinet back in order. My wife, Ruth, in awe of all that Norma did and how she did it. She took pictures in the beginning and was able to restore everything back to the way it originally was (maybe better).
