Miguel came out to the property and performed through out the property investions related to the leak we’re experiencing Miguel has been assign to our project for over a week and constantly provides updates and true concerns of our feelings due to the situation. Of not having hot water and available laundry facilities as well as showers for 2 weeks. Both Mike and I have great confidence Miguel will follow this project. Adam, Miguel, Irwin, Ashley, Lupita’s crew, and Joey were above and beyond exceptional. They were not only highly professional, but also genuinely caring, thoughtful, and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and dedication did not go unnoticed. They took the time to carefully go through all of our belongings, helping us thoughtfully unpack and organize our home. They assisted us in placing everything where it belonged, moved furniture with care, and even helped us sort through items let go of and dispose of. That level of support made an emotional process feel manageable and even uplifting. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had them, and they absolutely deserve recognition for the outstanding work they performed. They mad the transition back into our home such a positive and fulfilling experience. But most of all, they were curtious and kind and extremely friendly making the entire expereience rewarding from start to finish. The Servpro team was excellent! We needed emergency boarding due to damage to our garage. Our insurance company contacted Servpro to come to our house. The Servpro office called almost immediately and told us they could come within the hour to remove the damaged door and board up the garage until we could get repairs. Their team came and explained the entire process, completed the job, secured our home for us and hauled the damaged door and materials away. Thank you Servpro!
