Tammy Payne
Tammy Payne has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since March of 2016. She is the General Manager of our franchise and the longest tenured employee of the company.
There is very little that happens here at our SERVPRO franchise that Tammy is not directly involved with. From managing the employees, to taking care of our customers, Tammy has her eyes on everything.
Tammy is a unique and strong General Manager, not only because of her natural personality and leadership qualities, but because her starting position here was answering the phones as an Administrative Assistant. She has dedicated just shy of a decade of her professional career to learning the ins and outs of the SERVPRO business, and has worked her way all the way to the top of our company.
We are very proud to have Tammy leading our franchise and can rest assured knowing not only our employees, but our customers are taken care of by an experienced, extremely hard working, and driven General Manager.
Christy Chaney
Christy Chaney has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since April of 2018. She is the Office Manager of our franchise and a key leader in our company.
On top of overseeing everything that goes on in the office, Christy is also heavily involved in the restoration process of each job. She coordinates directly with our Production team and acts as a liaison to our customers. Christy started as an Administrative Assistant and worked all the way up to her current position. This experience has made Christy fully equipped and well aware of everything that goes into managing a SERVPRO office.
She has working relationships with dozens of insurance companies, and knows how to assist our customers in navigating the difficulties of an insurance claim. She is a customer service extraordinaire and a viable asset to our SERVPRO team.
Joann Eaton
Joann Eaton has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since March of 2021. She is one of our Job File Coordinators and plays a crucial role in the handling of our customers’ files.
Apart from writing estimates and making sure her jobs are progressing smoothly, Joann assist with answering incoming calls and aiding our customers with anything they need. Joann routinely helps our customers by answering any questions they might have, from our drying process, to expected job times, to insurance specific questions, Joann knows it all.
Laura Kennedy
Laura Kennedy has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since September of 2022. She is our Contents Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring our contents division operates smoothly and efficiently.
One of Laura’s primary responsibilities is overseeing the packing, inventorying, cleaning, and storage of customers' personal belongings following fire, water, or mold damage. She works closely with both our production crews and customers to ensure items are handled with care and returned in excellent condition.
From coordinating pack-outs and managing contents documentation to ensuring quality control throughout the restoration process, Laura’s attention to detail and commitment to customer service make her an indispensable part of our team.
Kimberly Harbin
Kimberly Harbin has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since May of 2024. She is one of our Job File Coordinators and is an instrumental part of our office team.
One of Kimberly’s main responsibilities is communicating directly with our customers and ensuring every aspect of their job is taken care of. Whether that be scheduling our production crews, managing subcontractors, or reviewing job specific details such as photos, forms, or estimates, Kimberly’s work is imperative to each job.
Kayla Baine
Kayla Baine has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since July of 2025. She is our Administrative Assistant and a critical part of our office staff. More than likely, Kayla will be the first person you speak with when you call our SERVPRO. Her main responsibilities include taking incoming calls from current/new customers, assisting all current/new customers with their logistical questions, staying on top of the schedule, dispatching emergency crews, and so much more.
Luke Robey
Luke Robey has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since March of 2025. He is our Marketing Manager and is responsible for fostering and developing the relationships we have with customers throughout our entire territory.
Luke is a graduate of Samford University and previously worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. inside both the House and Senate sectors.
Luke’s main duties revolve around spreading awareness in our community about SERVPRO’s mission, and our abilities to help local businesses and homeowners in the event their property suffers a loss. Luke’s positive attitude and professional demeanor are instrumental to the maintenance and development of our SERVPRO franchise.
Brandon Chaney
Brandon Chaney has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since July of 2019. He is our Reconstruction Manager and handles all construction related matters with our customers.
Once our Production Crews have finished with the mitigation portions of your water or fire loss, Brandon will step in and handle all the necessary reconstruction aspects. SERVPRO understands the advantages of providing a one-stop-shop experience for our customers, and Brandon is here to make that a reality. He is the one who officially makes your job "Like it Never Even Happened".
Alex Haney
Alex Haney has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since September 2018. He currently serves as our Head Production Manager and is a vital part of our mitigation team.
Alex began his career with us as a technician. Through his tenacity and dedication to our mission, he quickly advanced to the role of Crew Chief. His continued excellence led to further promotions—first to Assistant Manager and ultimately to his current leadership position.
In his role, Alex is responsible for overseeing and training production crews, conducting initial job inspections, managing warehouse inventory, and supporting various other operational needs.
His unwavering commitment to his profession and eagerness to grow as a leader have made him an indispensable figure within our organization.
Nick Harrell
Nick Harrell has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since August 2021. He currently serves as our Assistant Production Manager and plays a key leadership role within our mitigation team.
Prior to joining SERVPRO, Nick gained valuable experience working for another restoration company, which allowed him to quickly rise through the ranks by leveraging his industry knowledge and expertise. His strong grasp of the mitigation process, combined with his leadership abilities, has made him a trusted and reliable team member.
In his current role, Nick is responsible for conducting initial job inspections, managing our Mitigation Technicians and Crew Chiefs, and ensuring smooth communication between the field and our SERVPRO office. He also plays a critical role in guiding customers through the restoration process, answering their questions, and setting clear expectations throughout the job.
Nick's attention to detail, commitment to customer service, and operational leadership have made him an essential part of our team.
Dalton Peek
Dalton Peek has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since April of 2023. He is one of our Production Crew Chiefs and is a vital member of our production team.
Dalton’s main tasks consist of leading his mitigation crew on jobs, performing demolition, implementing proper drying techniques, keeping the customers informed on progress, as well as a myriad of other necessary Crew Chief duties.
Dalton has been a very important part of not just maintaining, but growing our production team in both stature and knowledge.
Anthony Marcum
Anthony Marcum has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since September of 2023. He is one of our Production Crew Chiefs and is a crucial part of our mitigation team.
Anthony’s main responsibilities consist of leading his crews on projects, performing necessary cleaning/demolition task, informing customers and insurance adjusters on job statuses, sketching facilities, taking moisture readings, and much much more.
Anthony’s positive attitude, and unwavering willingness to learn, has cemented himself in the future prosperity of our company.
Payton Biggs
Payton Biggs has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since October of 2024. He is one of our Production Crew Chiefs and plays an important role in the managing and executing of our projects.
Payton’s main duties include leading his mitigation crews on jobs, sketching facilities for accurate drying metrics, spearheading fire cleaning projects, game planning with customers/insurance adjusters, and several more crucial tasks that are required of Crew Chiefs.
Payton’s ability to learn quickly, and his courage to take on a commanding leadership role, has been a vital addition to our company.
Riley Maclean
Riley Maclean has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since December of 2024. He is one of our dedicated Production Crew Chiefs and plays an essential role in ensuring our mitigation operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In his position, Riley takes the lead on various restoration projects—overseeing crews in the field, conducting demolition and cleaning tasks, communicating progress updates to both customers and insurance representatives, creating job site sketches, taking moisture readings, and handling numerous other responsibilities.
Riley’s strong leadership, eagerness to grow, and positive outlook have made him a key contributor to our team’s ongoing success.
Landon Bozeman
Landon Bozeman has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since February of 2024. He is a Production Technician and is a great asset to our mitigation team.
Landon’s daily activities consist of working on new water and fire jobs, monitoring current jobs, strategically placing drying equipment, taking daily moisture readings, and much much more.
Landon has been a great addition to our mitigation team and we will continue to help him grow in his knowledge of restoration.
Taylor McClain
Taylor McClain has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since November of 2024. He is a Production Technician and a key part of our mitigation team.
Taylor’s main responsibilities consist of working with his crew on water and fire jobs, performing content pack-outs, remediating mold, and several more important tasks that come with being a Production Technician.
Taylor’s strong work ethic and great attitude have made him a valuable addition to our company.
David Wolde
David Wolde has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since July of 2025. He is a Production Technician and a wonderful addition to our mitigation team.
David's primary tasks consist of demolition and equipment placement on water jobs, cleaning and prepping for reconstruction on fire jobs, remediating mold, and many other crucial responsibilities that are asked of a SERVPRO Production Technician.
David’s dedication, strong work ethic, and positive attitude have quickly made him a valued part of our team.
Judy Medrano
Judy Medrano has been with SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur since July of 2021. She is our content and textile specialist and a cornerstone of our company.
Judy is in charge of cleaning, wrapping, and storing all our customer’s dirty contents from fire, mold, and water jobs. She is also in charge of cleaning, labeling, and storing every piece of laundry that comes through our warehouse.
Judy sometimes travels to local fire jobs to assist our mitigation crews with the cleaning of soot and debris from homes and businesses. In addition, she is our carpet, rug, and upholster cleaning specialist.
Judy’s extreme work ethic, lovely personality, and sheer dedication to the SERVPRO brand has made her a paramount part of our company.

About Us
William and Richard Robey purchased SERVPRO of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur in November of 2020. They were both born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and are graduates of Auburn University. Richard previously worked in the lending industry, while William came from a commercial real estate background.
They decided that the SERVPRO brand was the right fit for them, due to the nature of the business. They both enjoy the fast paced and ever changing environment that comes with working in the restoration industry. They also enjoy the inevitable personal sides of SERVPRO in regards to their customers. Developing meaningful relationships and truly getting the opportunity to help our customers in their time of need is what William and Richard love most.
William and Richard are young, ambitious, and excited to bring a fresh face and new ideas to an already booming business. They are both fully committed to serving the community, and could not think of a better place to begin their SERVPRO journey than in the Athens & Decatur area.
