Back in July I discovered a water pipe in my wall was leaking. I contacted my insurance company who put me in contact with Servpro of Montgomery and Michael reached out to me and let me know he had a crew coming out to my house. Within a few hours Robert and Elias arrived and got to work, removing all the damaged sheet rock trim, work ceiling floor to expose the pipe. I’m not from the area so Robert told me he knew a couple plumbers and we reached out and had a plumber. Come and fix the pipe so I had water that evening. They showed up every day to check on the progress of the drying to make sure the wood and everything was dried out as it needed to be After over a week of drying, they came back and collected all the machines and then I was contacted by Ginger about the project that needed to be rebuilt. Ginger came and assessed the job and then worked it out with me so that we can get it fixed on my schedule which was great! Within a couple weeks, Jeremy and Bb We’re here and they did fantastic work on the sheet rock and insulation and all the trim work and paint work. The flooring was done through them by The Carpet Place in Millbrook and their guys were fantastic also! I’m definitely happy I chose serve pro of Montgomery with their crew! Thank you very much!
