On site within 4 hours
4 Hours Within four hours of loss notification, a SERVPRO Franchise Professional will be on-site to start mitigation services. The key to reducing damage and saving money is responding quickly to your damage.

Verbal briefing within 8 hours
8 Hours Within eight business hours of on-site arrival, a verbal briefing of the restoration plan will be communicated to you and your adjuster or property manager.
