Claims Information Center

The Claims Information Center (CIC) is at the heart of the SERVPRO technological advantage. A large database and storage facility for data warehousing provides SERVPRO the power to analyze and store information. ScanER® and ServproNET® are used to fuel the Claims Information Center with valuable information.

SERVPRO can provide you information for all events system wide, not just those jobs managed within a certain program. If you would like to research if your 3rd party vendor program, simply compare completed jobs within the program with jobs from other sources captured in the Claims Information Center. SERVPRO can provide an EDI push for your legacy system with only the information and data you feel is important.
