SERVPRO^® has developed a set of performance guidelines for our franchises. The EZ Production Guidelines is the cumulative knowledge of years of production experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. The methods in this manual are a result of a great deal of research and analysis.

SERVPRO^® provides these guidelines so franchisees will understand production procedures. The EZ Production Guidelines is a reference source for these procedures. This tool has many uses for each SERVPRO franchise, including the following:

• Training assistance for the new franchise owner

• Training assistance for the new franchise production employee

• Consistency of service throughout the SERVPRO franchise system

• A "control" for each production process. The checklist format allow our franchise owners to monitor their production staff.

These guidelines were designed to decrease cost, time, and energy in completing the job. The sooner and more efficient our franchises can finish the job, the sooner our customers can get on with their life!
