Production Crew Chief

        Responsibilities include managing and completing jobs according to SERVPRO procedures.  Setting up and establishing job flow, coordinating requirements for the job, supervising production work and follow assigned jobs from start to finish.  The Crew Chief will also perform production work, estimates, and confirm estimates done by others.  Sales and marketing activities such as add-on sales, security checks, and X-dating. 
          Physical requirements include heavy lifting and strenuous physical work, as well as willing to work in different environments, cold and hot.  Must have basic educational skills, arithmetic, and ability to read street signs.  A background in retail, service, or the construction industry is helpful.

Production Helper

        Responsibilities include assisting the production crew chief in jobs, equipment maintenance, and other various duties involved with the production crew.  Physical requirements include heavy lifting, strenuous physical work, willing to work in hot, uncomfortable environments, no respiratory problems. 
        Must also be able to read road and street maps, perform basic arithmetic functions, operate and maintain equipment, and have basic skills enabling to read and interpret product labels, invoices, and procedural manuals.  

Sales Representative

        The sales rep will do telemarketing, cold calling, preparing direct mails, do insurance seminars, and all other aspects of sales. Some requirements of the Sales Rep position include the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing, good planning and organization skills, a valid drivers license and a good driving record. He or she must also be able to learn and use the SERVPRO sales techniques, able to explain SERVPRO’s features, advantages, and benefits, and be computer literate.
        Experience in sales or marketing and a college background in sales and marketing is highly recommended. The sales rep will also be a self-motivated worker who will not need direct supervision, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
