Carpet Tech & Fire Restoration
Both
positions will be performing strenuous, physical work, and so he or she must be able to
lift heavy objects and does not have respiratory problems. The positions will also be
willing to work in hot, uncomfortable environments and is not hypersensitive or allergic
to soot, dust, animal hair, mold, cleaning chemicals, etc.
Helpers will be working in people's homes.
Therefore, he or she must be able to resolve frustration and conflict in a constructive
manner, be tactful and polite to customers, and must be willing to wear uniforms. Basic
arithmetic skills, ability to operate and maintain equipment, ability to read street maps,
and basic interpretive skills are also required of the production helper. A background in
the retail, service, or construction industry is helpful.
