Jack Glidewell began working at the Corporate Office of Servpro Industries in 1999 as a Field Operations Manager. He and a partner decided to buy a franchise in Mobile, Alabama, in January of 2003. The first franchise was Servpro of Southwest Mobile. During the past seven years, they increased in sales and volume and acquired North Mobile County, Baldwin County and Northwest Mobile franchises.

In June of 2010 Jack solely acquired Servpro of Baldwin County and opened this office in Daphne, Alabama.

The office is truly a family affair, with a daughter who manages the office, while his son-in-law is on the production side. The rest of the professional friendly team is just like family as well.
