Professional Training for
Quality Performance
Since 1967, Servpro Industries, Inc., has been redefining the
mitigation and restoration industries. In 1992, the SERVPRO National
Training Center was developed
specifically to teach restoration and mitigation skills to insurance
industry employees, as well as franchise owners. In May, 2005,
SERVPRO moved to a new corporate location with an updated and much
larger Training Center.
SERVPRO continues to welcome students to our state-of-the-art
facility with classes nearly every week.
The new facility has three
classrooms that comfortably seat 50 students.
The
Technology classroom is equipped with computers, scanners, and
printers for hands-on software training. Audio/visual aids and
wireless communications are available to each classroom.
A furnished, two story, full size
residential structure resides within the Training Center to
replicate the residential home for water and fire estimating and
damage restoration

Six additional two-room mock-ups
complete with contents and various types of surfaces are util ized
for simulated hands-on training activities. A large centralized work
area is available to demonstrate and conduct hands-on skills
training for all types of contents restoration.
