to consistent policies and results.
Sue Steen
was previously associated with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P. for 18
years as a Certified Public Accountant. Sue began her career
with SERVPRO by working in various divisions of the company during
its formative years. In addition, Sue assisted her husband in the
financial operation of a franchise in Boise, Idaho, for five years,
continuing the SERVPRO family tradition of hands-on experience.
Sue became CEO in 1995.
Randy
Isaacson joined SERVPRO in 1985 as an Area Manager. He held various
operational positions until his promotion to President in 1990. As
President, Randy is responsible for the oversight of daily
operations at SERVPRO, and he serves on the Board of Directors.
Rick
Isaacson joined SERVPRO in 1985 as the Assistant Marketing Director,
and was promoted to Vice-President of Marketing in 1987. In 1990, Rick
was promoted to Executive Vice-President and elected to the Board of
Directors.
Rick
Forster joined SERVPRO in 1983 as the Corporate Controller. In 1986,
he was promoted to Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Rick
has responsibility for the financial operations of the company. |
