Understanding Mold in the Restoration Industry
This course provides the attendee with an understanding of how mold affects today’s society. It will discuss the history of mold and identify the participants in the “mold issue.” The attendee will also gain an understanding of mold and mold growth requirements, types of mold and their effects, and the steps followed to remediate mold. This course will also provide an understanding of the issues related to mold property damage and the procedures that must take place if any mold remediation is to happen.
