Watching my grandma go through something as stressful as mold damage was really hard, and I wasn’t sure how she was going to handle it. But the SERVPRO team showed up and completely changed the whole atmosphere. What meant the most was how patient they were with her. She was overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of what was happening but they comforted her, talked her through everything, and made her feel calm. I am thoroughly impressed with the ServPro Team! I'm a Realtor assisting my out-of-city client with selling his condo. They were prompt, professional, respectful, and very courteous to me throughout the entire process and demolition of my drywall ceiling.
